During his graduate studies, he served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department, where he supported instruction in manufacturing systems design and analysis for undergraduate and graduate students. He was also involved with the University of Wisconsin–Madison Center for Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM), contributing to research and consulting work focused on manufacturing optimization, supply chain efficiency, lead-time reduction, and quality systems.

He later joined WWC Global, where he served in analyst and leadership roles supporting Department of Defense programs. In that capacity, he developed financial forecasting tools, automated business processes, and contributed to large-scale programs valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

His work was recognized for improving efficiency, transparency, and decision-making across complex systems.

Kyle also worked as a consultant for Trek Bicycle Corporation, where he helped improve production efficiency and optimize supply chain operations through engineering analysis and process improvement strategies.

Beyond his technical expertise, Kyle was known for his professionalism, leadership, and collaborative approach. He was respected for his ability to bridge the gap between technical systems and business operations, consistently focusing on delivering value and solving real-world problems.
